- In-depth knowledge of .NET 2.0 development platform, specifically C# programming language, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML/XSLT.
- Generic understanding of .NET 3.0 and .NET 3.5: WCF, WF, WPF, Silverlight and LINQ platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of the use and operation of content and document management systems.
- Experience in the use of Relational Data Bases Management Systems (RDBMS).
- Extensive experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and testing, of software applications.
- Ability to work within team environments.
- Architectural and developmental team management.
- Ability to liaise with end clients.
- Dynamic, results oriented, with communication skills and passionate about maximizing Internet's potential.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Preferred requirements:

- Advanced knowledge of AJAX.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux and MONO project.
- General experience in the use of Object-Oriented Data Bases Management Systems (ODBMS).
- Experience in software optimization and data base performance. Experience in systems performance optimization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- MCAD certification for Microsoft .NET, or similar.
